I have worked in the world of education for almost 30 years both as a teacher of students from the age of 14 upwards to my current position which is one of teaching others how to teach.  I currently run a course that has over 20 students enrolled and I am about to start a new course in October 2020.  As well as teaching students how to become outstanding teachers I also carry out observations of teaching in excess of 200 times per year, giving feedback that enables teachers to consistently improve their performance.    My qualifications are a Certificate in Education, a level 4 qualification in Learning and Development, a Level 5 Qualification in one to one executive coaching, and am one of the few people in the UK who have a certified qualification in Observing Teaching and Learning.
