In my 15 years as a Master Trainer and Health Coach I have truly seen it all. Working with both civilian and military populations, clients I have worked with have ranged from generally out of shape to having Parkinson’s Disease or limb amputations which has provided me the experience to create a Mobility & Core program for all ability levels .
As the 45 year old father of a 1 year old, watching her not only allows me to see how our bodies SHOULD move but also what I need to be able to do with my body to keep up with her.
These life experiences have led me to creating The MoCo 40 Program. Starting easy and progressing in intensity through the 90 WORKOUTS the MObility and COre based workouts are designed for all ability levels and complete the program at your own pace.
Every workout can be done from home, requires minimal space or equipment (many of the workouts are bodyweight only), and are 30:00 (thirty minutes) or less.
