Based in the UK, Jade went to a performing arts school from the age of 10 and fell in love with tap dancing. She spent eight years perfecting her art form at the school, but her first teacher was the person who had the greatest effect on her life. She happened to be a young Japanese lady, who told her that tap dance was rare in her country. This inspired Jade to move to Japan after graduating from university in order to open a tap dance school there. She completed her mission and learnt Japanese during the seven long years she was out there.
Now, she wishes to reach people who are perhaps even further than Japan so she can teach yet more people how to tap dance and, also, teach them Japanese!
