My experience with Business Analysis started about 20 years ago and I still like my job - to collaborate with people, to create requirements, to deliver successful projects.
For me being a Business analyst means to improvise in every situation - to find the best approach towards the systems, the information, the people.
I have participated in many projects, mostly in the financial area - online banking systems, card payments, currency exchange and many others. The common thing is that you have to be proactive, drive the process, since the Business analysis is the first step of the implementation.
I do follow the standard templates and notations. The bigger question is rather how to break down the information, make sure you don't forget important things. In my courses I would like to show you how to easily complete your tasks, what are the dos and don'ts. To make sure your projects are successful as well.
