Isis Fabian is a neurodiversity coach, consultant, and researcher with over a decade of experience in nationally-representative workplace culture research and consulting on career advancement for members of historically excluded groups. They are also a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, working primarily with fellow neurodivergent professionals to reach their career goals and with organizations to improve neuroinclusivity. Through lived experience and years of community building and support for neurodivergent professionals, they've cultivated a trove of insights and tools to help talented professionals, especially those with ASD and ADHD, to strategically navigate the minefield of corporate culture and actualize the life and career outcomes they desire.
