I am passionate about supporting individuals to develop themselves in order to grow their business and career. 

I currently live in Toronto and serves as an Adj. Prof. at IE Business School in Madrid, educating current and future innovation leaders and entrepreneurs in innovation management and self-development.

Beyond my university work, I coach individuals, helping them to have a meaningful impact in innovative ways. In my work, I combine my professional coaching experience with subject matter expertise and the latest research in design, innovation and behaviour science. Being passionate about curating interactive and empowering learning experiences, Ingo co-founded and runs North America's largest meet-up for corporate Design Thinkers, attracting regular members from companies such as P&G, Sprint, IBM, and others.
