She graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Nuclear Energy Engineering in 2011. Completing her master's degree in nuclear energy engineering in 2015, she received the title of master engineer. For many years, she worked as Quality Manager within the scope of ISO / IEC 17025 standard. She has worked on quality management systems for more than eight years and has experience in documentation and auditing in line with ISO / IEC standards. She has training certificates and internal auditor title in accordance with ISO 17025 and ISO 17020 standards.

In addition, she was involved in more than six projects, most of which were R&D. She continues to work in project management and quality management positions by getting PMP (PMI) certificate in 2018.

At the same time, she provides various trainings to the staff working in public and private institutions and companies in line with her areas of expertise.
