Meet Ihar, a certified Project Manager with extensive experience in managing DevOps, ITSM, and Development teams. He holds certificates in Google project management, Google technical support, and AWS for MS workload. He is an Agilist with numerous Agile certificates, including PSM-II, PSM-I, and PSK-I (Professional Scrum with Kanban).

Ihar has worked on over 30 DevOps/ITSM projects for large and medium-sized US companies, and his Agile knowledge is encapsulated in his practical "DevOps/ITSM Project Management crash course."

Over the past ten years, Ihar has communicated with over 150 US and European companies, clarifying their business requirements and analyzing their projects and workflows. Ihar has also helped IT teams improve their efficiency with Agile methodologies, following his motto, "Start small with a new team."

When Ihar is not working, he loves to read about new Agile techniques and explore self-development opportunities.
