For over 20 years, I have been dedicated to building sustainable careers for independent artists. I help figure out how to launch a career from scratch, consult and teach music management. My most famous case study is JAMALA - the Eurovision Song Contestants winner. I have launched and managed dozens of artists. They became part of the new wave of the Ukrainian music scene and expanded into other markets. As a result, we received over 10 national awards, including 'best song', 'best album', 'best artist', and 'best artistic performance'. I received the award "producer of the year" and for "contribution to the development of the music industry".

Now I do consulting, mentoring, create educational programmes and run my blog.

My aim is to share practical tools with newcomers and those who have struggled for many years, those who are ready for a change in approach and mindset.
