About me
Hello I'm Hugo Araiza, Mechanical Engineer. I've been working in the automotive industry since 2010, starting as a manufacturing engineer trainee in TREMEC SA de CV. I'd worked there for 6 years, ending my career there as a Production responsible for Daimler gears production line. Thanks to TREMEC I've had learned GD&T on a professional level, achieving to write a book for people who want to learn on an easy way very useful information on that subject. As well as been able to teach GD&T in online or face-to-face courses.
After my experience in TREMEC, I moved to Chassis Breaks International in 2016 (now HITACHI ASTEMO), as Manufacturing Supervisor, starting my training in the braking solution system in Wrocław, Poland. In this company, I had the opportunity to travel to Shenyang, China, to follow an automatic assembly line project building.
Further on, in 2019 I became a Technical Project Manager on the brake assembly lines, which lead me to where I'm now. First as a customer, buying two assembly lines for brakes from thyssenkrupp system engineering SA de CV, and then as a Project Engineer, which is my current position.
Along the way, I had study two master degrees, one in Education, since I enjoy a lot sharing my experience with others in order to contribute to their professional and personal grow, and other in Project Management, because, as I've mentioned my daily work is doing projects, and I always want to give my best in what I do.
I am a discipline, perfectionist, constant, structured and hardworking person. My core values are responsibility, respect and ethics because I do think it is the best way to have control of my own life and achieve the best results.
I work daily to improve myself by learning new things, and applying them to achieve good results, practicing the emotional intelligence and leadership. I love my family and my life.
