I am the President of Brooks College, a dynamic and diverse institution that offers high-quality education and career development programs to students from various backgrounds and interests. With over 28 years of experience as a lean consultant, trainer, speaker, professor, and author, I am passionate about creating a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among faculty, staff, and students, as well as fostering partnerships with industry and community stakeholders.

As a lean expert, I have helped companies across various industries improve their processes, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I teach management and leadership skills at U.C. Berkeley and other universities, and I serve on the advisory board of De Vry University. I have written several blogs and books on lean philosophy and tools, and I have received multiple awards and recognition for my work, including the Zero Defect Quality Award from Toyota. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, and I am committed to advancing the field of lean management and education.
