About me
I am a holistic wellness practitioner, inner soul facilitator, and the founder of Tranquility Wellness Center, where I work with individuals and groups who are ready to stop pushing through and start coming home to themselves. My work sits at the intersection of sound therapy, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation, and it is rooted in one core belief: that the body holds the answers we have been searching for in our heads.
I came to this work because I needed it myself. I know what it feels like to live disconnected from your own body, to perform calm while something underneath is quietly unraveling, and to search for something that actually shifts things rather than just manages them. When I finally found body-based practice, everything changed. Not overnight, and not perfectly, but in the deep, quiet way that real change happens. That experience is the foundation of everything I teach.
Over the years, I have guided hundreds of people through the kind of inner work that does not show up on a highlight reel but changes everything beneath the surface. Through one-on-one sessions, group experiences, sound journeys, and my online membership Align to Wellness, I create spaces where people can slow down, turn inward, and remember the steadiness that was always there.
My approach is not about fixing you. You are not broken. It is about helping you understand the language your body is already speaking and giving you the tools to respond with intention rather than react from fear. Whether we are working with the breath, the voice, the nervous system, or the deep stillness of sound, the invitation is always the same: come back to yourself.
If you are here because anxiety has been running the show and you are ready to try something different, I am genuinely glad you found your way to this work. Everything I share comes from my own practice, my own journey, and from years of sitting with people in their most honest moments. I do not take that lightly. And I cannot wait to guide you.
