Hesham Mokhiemer possesses an extensive 23-year tenure in practical financial management, financial accounting, financial analysis and reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, and planning, and management accounting. His diverse experience spans the banking, retail, and manufacturing sectors, where he has contributed his expertise to top multinational and international organizations. Progressing through various finance roles, Hesham culminated his full-time career as the Finance Director for a prominent international organization in the Middle East.

Boasting 17 years of training experience, Hesham has transitioned his focus entirely to his training mission. A Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA, US) since 2006, he is also a Chartered Business Consultant (CBC – Canada) and a member of the Chartered Association of Business Administrators since 2007. Hesham earned an MBA with merit from the University of Liverpool - UK in 2013 and obtained the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation in 2015, along with membership in the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP – US). Additionally, he holds a certification in Financial Planning and Analysis from AFP US and serves on the advisory board for FPA Middle East from 2023 to 2025. In 2020, Hesham furthered his specialization in financial modelling, earning the Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) credential.

With a wealth of experience in teaching and organizing accounting and finance courses, Hesham has collaborated with top-rated training companies in the Middle East. Over 17 years, he has delivered approximately 17,000 hours of lectures to more than 15,000 trainees across 16 cities in the GCC. His track record includes successfully guiding candidates through CMA and IFRS exams. In the current year, Hesham conducted numerous training programs for major organizations in telecom, business services, banks, education development, oil and gas, shipping, and facilities management sectors across different countries.

Known for his distinctive training approach, Hesham incorporates practical elements such as case studies, Excel utilization, simulated mock exams, and competition games among participants. His training sessions are designed to be not only educational but also enjoyable and highly effective.
