Hi, I’m Heather—the creator of this course and a former barista who has seen the coffee industry from the inside. Working behind the counter gave me firsthand exposure to what goes into many popular coffee shop drinks—from artificial syrups and excessive sugar to low-quality ingredients that were never meant to be part of a daily habit. That experience is what first sparked my desire to find a better way.

Over time, I began learning how to recreate specialty coffee drinks at home using cleaner ingredients, simple methods, and intentional swaps that support both flavor and well-being. I’m passionate about showing others that you don’t need fancy equipment, complicated recipes, or a barista background to make coffee you genuinely enjoy.
