He has trained more than 500+ engineers on quality core tools around the world with key cornerstones in Germany, USA, UK & France. He holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and trained on frameworks and methodologies like Six Sigma, ASPICE, BPM and QM. He was born in Tunisia, and has lived in Lebanon, France and Germany and therefore gained a unique understanding of different habits, values and arts of communication.
