Nguyễn Thị Hải Duy is the founder and Director of HaDu Institute – a pioneer in non-invasive therapeutic massage training in Vietnam.

She is the developer of a hand-based healing method rooted in Vietnamese traditional therapy massage, proven effective through modern biology and anatomy. With over 10 years of teaching experience and more than 15,000 learners both locally and internationally, she is passionate about spreading safe and proactive healing knowledge globally via Udemy.

She has been a lead trainer in numerous nationwide massage therapy certification programs and has contributed to the development of official vocational massage training materials in Vietnam.

Beyond her role as an educator, Hải Duy is also recognized for her efforts in standardizing professional therapeutic practices and making traditional Vietnamese healing methods accessible to a wider, international audience.
