I have been involved with Field Service Repair of Commercial and Industrial Electric and Gas equipment for since 1994, 28+ of those years have been involved with teaching other Technicians either in the field or classroom setting, as a tech, a trainer, and as a manager. I hold HVACR and Gas fitters license in multiple States and Jurisdictions. I hold Restricted HVACR Electrical License. Prior education included Computer and electronic Certification, HVACR classes, and business related studies. I have been teaching in person Electrical and Gas Classes since 2016. I have been teaching Customer Service Classes for since 2018.
