In 2013, Georgiana co-founded one of Europe's first dedicated training and recruiting centers for future flight attendants. Over the next decade, Georgiana and her team have prepared, recruited, and trained thousands of cabin crew members. Her mission was clear - to empower individuals to take their first decisive step towards a rewarding career in aviation.

Today, Georgiana is excited to introduce a revolutionary online training program designed to equip future cabin crew with the skills they need to excel in this field, no matter where they are in the world.

Georgiana’s dedication to empowering others led her to take her training to the next level in 2023 with the launch of Cabin Crewdemy. With this new venture, she aims to create a unique and immersive learning experience for aspiring cabin crew members from all over the world.
