Gawthaman Mohan is an educator, author, and Civil Services mentor dedicated to helping students achieve their academic and career goals. As the Founder and Academic Head of IPM IAS Academy, he has been guiding aspirants across India through affordable and accessible quality education.

His journey with Indian Polity and the Constitution began during his Civil Services preparation, which inspired him to simplify complex topics and make them easy for students to understand. His teaching approach focuses on clarity, conceptual understanding, and practical learning rather than rote memorization.

Before starting his entrepreneurial journey in education, Gawthaman worked as an Assistant Professor of Political Science and also gained valuable experience in the edtech sector as a Senior Knowledge Officer, contributing to content development, academic planning, and student learning initiatives.

Gawthaman is the author of the book GET SET GO FOR IAS and has created several online courses for competitive exam aspirants. He has conducted more than 1,000 training sessions for students, teachers, and parents through both online and offline platforms in India and abroad.

He has also qualified the UGC-NET examination in Political Science and International & Area Studies, strengthening his academic expertise in these subjects.
