Ganesh is a leadership skill development consultant, Executive Coach and a Social Entrepreneur engaged in employability education. A Fulbright Fellow on Leadership in Management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XIM Bhubaneswar, Ganesh is also a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach. Additionally, he is an accredited coach with the Global Coach Group and a certified Global Leadership Assessment (GLA360) Practitioner.

He is also the founder of a social enterprise named SkillTrain that provides vocational training to rural school dropouts through a technology enabled delivery model. He also works with several companies in enabling them to contribute towards enhancing employability of the youth in India through various innovative employability enablement programmes. As a social entrepreneur for the last 10 years, he has been successful in setting up 7 vocational training institutes for school dropouts across India and has also built one of India's largest online vocational training channel on Youtube.
