I am a new(ish) manager, and someone that prides myself on making loads of mistakes and learning from each and every one.  I'm formerly the COO at Udemy, where I've managed global teams ranging from sales to operations to marketing to international for nearly 7 years.  Prior to Udemy, I've been a cleantech entrepreneur, a Stanford MBA, and a bond trader at Goldman Sachs.  I surround myself with brilliant people, enjoy every moment learning from them, and seek opportunities to share what I learn with my team and others that I have a chance to work with.
