Sally Henley, B.S. Human Service & Sociology, Trainer Sally Henley has a Bachelor's of Science and Human Services with a Minor in Sociology and completed two internships in education. Sally developed an after-school program in Uganda, Africa for at-risk youth at the Institute for Advanced Leadership. Upon returning the the U.S., Sally began working at a maximum security prison with incarcerated women facing life sentences teaching them how to develop leadership skills for employability. She then became a Certified Transformational Trainer leading hundreds of students to develop responsibility, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
Frances Nin:

Frances Eve Nin is an emotional intelligence trainer and holistic health practitioner. After receiving her Bachelor's of English Education, Frances began her career tutoring literacy to at-risk youth in the U.S and abroad. Soon into her path, she was drawn toward emotional intelligence training, to help others discover a deeper understanding of themselves and their life path. As a certified coach, she began training at-risk youth during weekend workshops for groups of 50-60 teens. She now coaches one-on-one, teaching her clients how to optimize their health physically, mentally and emotionally.

Faith Deeter is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Transformational Trainer and best selling author. In 2003, Faith began one of the first equine-facilitated therapy programs in California for at-risk youth. Faith facilitated workshops for teens across the United States for more than fifteen years, has offered continuing education to Law Enforcement, taught courses in men's federal prison, worked as a life and business coach for Peak Potentials, and provided employee development training for Exxon/Mobil corporation. She has been a guest lecturer at Johns Hopkins University and a presenter at The World Horse Expo for animal-assisted therapy through the University of Maryland.
