Hi! My name is Evgeny and I have been in Brewing business for over 25 years working in various roles and projects. I have a bachelor in Brewing Science as well as Brewmaster certificate from VLB institute.
I have a hands-on experience of working with different brewing equipment both large-scale commercial breweries and small craft breweries.
Over the last 6 years I have gained a teaching experience working for CTS college as a Brewing Technician program instructor. I have come to the point where I wanted to share my knowledge and skills in Brewing with anyone who would be interested in either becoming a professional in the field or generally wanted to learn more about beer-making process.
I wanted to create a course where I could organize information and outline the most important things from my professional point of view and at the same time make it valuable & easy-to-digest for both professionals and beginners.
