She holds a PhD in Management and has taught at leading universities across Europe, specialising in Human Resource Management, Business Intelligence, Organisational Behaviour, and Digital Transformation. She is a Senior Lecturer at the Open University in the UK and has worked as the academic director of the MSc in Tourism Management at ALBA Graduate Business School for 12 years.
