I am a nutritionist and have passion in teaching. Currently i am a full time lecturer and researcher at Department of Food Technology at Bina Nusantara University. I have finalized my doctoral degree in sensory and consumer science in relation to the health and nutrition. My research is focused on sensory evaluation in relation to food product development, nutrition and health and food choice and preferences.
