Erik Larson
CEO/Founder, Cloverpop
About me
Erik Larson is an MIT rocket scientist, Harvard MBA, decorated U.S. Air Force Captain, former Silicon Valley executive at Adobe and entrepreneurial CEO with almost 30 years of leadership experience.
Erik has been immersed in the science and practicalities of business decision making for the past seven years while founding Cloverpop, a startup that helps companies improve and keep track of decision-making in Microsoft Teams and Slack. He has performed hundreds of experiments and analyzed tens of thousands of business decisions with researchers at Stanford and elsewhere to understand -- and fix -- decision making at work.
His insights have been published around the world and featured in Harvard Business Review. A frequent speaker and writer on the business impact of behavioral science and decision-making, Erik is passionate about how the decision revolution impacts business leadership and curious about how our brains create our minds, our minds perceive our world, and our world becomes what we decide.
