Eric has over ten years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. He's a veteran of the US Army, a husband, and father to two young children. He started his career in talent acquisition in 2011 at CareerBuilder, where he managed and partnered with some of the largest companies in the US - helping them to develop and implement recruitment strategies to find and hire the right talent.

He went on to recruit for and become the Director of Talent Acquisition at the University of Iowa Foundation - where he was tasked with creating processes and implementing new technologies to recruit and attract candidates to the organization. He later became the Director of Partnerships for North America at an applicant tracking software company called SmartRecruiters. In 2019, he launched Your Best Interviews, a career coaching and consulting business and has been working tirelessly to help those who struggle with the job search process.
