Eric was born in France, studied engineering, but then decided he neither wanted to live in France nor be an engineer.
He had a passion for learning an development from early on: He put together and delivered his first classroom while he was a student, as a volunteer, and soon started designing and facilitating different workshops accross Europe.
His first paid job was as secondary school teacher in Berlin, Germany. It was an amazing experience, but it also made him realize that his style was probably fitting better adults than teenagers.
So he moved to the Industry, taking different roles in international corporations. Thanks to his engineering background, he quickly was tasked to work on technical training.
To his pleasure, learning & development soon became his sole focus, as he built a global L&D team for a fortune 500 company.
But as he climbed the corporate ladder, he noticed that he had less and less of what he really loves doing : designing and facilitating innovative learning experiences, and more and more of corporate politics and team management.
So instead of trying to become a chief learning officer, he decided to step out of coporate life and come back to something that really matters to him : helping others discover great, new learning methods.
His goal is to explore these under-used great innovations in learning, and make them accessible to everyone.
