Hi, I’m Enni, a Talent Acquisition Director, leader, recruiter, career coach, and someone who knows what it’s like to build a life and career in a new country.

I have made a career in recruitment over 2 decades and in the past 9 years, I have worked across Europe hiring all kinds of roles across corporate functions and blue collar, including senior leaders. I have read thousands of CVs, coached hundreds of job seekers, and led hiring teams in multiple countries. More importantly, I have seen firsthand how tough it can be for immigrants to get a fair shot.

I created this course because I kept meeting talented, hardworking people who just didn’t know how to “crack the code” of the European job market. They weren’t the problem, the system was just unfamiliar and no one ever sat down to explain it in a way that was real and relatable.

This course is me doing just that.
