Jaime is the founder and director of Energy Therapy and an active Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher and Spiritual Mentor/Teacher in the field of Energy Medicine since 2004. Jennifer has been the co-founder and managing director of Energy Therapy, an active Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher and Reflexologist since 2007.

Jaime and Jennifer teach from a wellspring of knowledge and wisdom, linking asanas with energy medicine and deep intuitive insight. Their approach cannot be boxed, just as life itself cannot be boxed.. Their classes blend Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha yoga, and include sound healing, mindfulness and hands-on healing.

Together, they are dedicated to spreading the message of how meditation, yoga and energy medicine can help transform consciousness, deeply healing the body, mind and spirit.
