Dr. Patrick Duffy is an organization consultant, specializing in the assessment of organization across people and structure, and designing organization strategies for organization capability and effectiveness. A background in senior leadership across public and private sectors underpins a deep insight and perspective for how organizations work and adapt to change and strategy. He has latterly engaged in formal research in the areas of organization design and psychology, and develops proprietary techniques and methods to assess organization capability – people (individual and collective), organization design, activity, productivity, and the connections between them.
