I discovered kundalini yoga as the best tool for curing depression. I started to practice actively, learnt more than 300 kriyas (Yogi Bhajan school). Then began teaching individually and online, shot more than 100 kundalini yoga classes for my youtube channel.
My hobby is psychology and I share my knowledge, combining it with teaching kundalini yoga, helping people gain not only healthy body but a healthy balanced psyche.
