Elizabeth Reed, MSW, LCSW (Texas), earned her Master of Social Work degree at New York University and her B.A. in English literature and Latin American Studies at UNC-Chapel Hill. She brings 11 years of macro/policy/administration and client-facing experience after earning her MSW. With her training as a mental health therapist, in addition to having learned clinical skills and strategies, she is proud to personally have become “a self-care pro,” and is ready to share her learning with you. She is also a certified 200-hour yoga instructor via an accredited yoga school, which deepens her awareness of what she can offer regarding mindfulness and body-based relaxation techniques.
