Elizabeth Lenoski is President of BLL Communication, a training, coaching, and consulting firm that specializes in preparing ESL students for the American workplace and society. 

Elizabeth is a native speaker of American English and a lifelong resident of the US.  She holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Massachusetts and is a published author.  She strongly believes in the power of language and interpersonal skills to improve lives and boost careers.
