Dr. M. Chris Wolf grew up in Central Pennsylvania. He currently lives in South Florida. The purpose of his life has been helping people change in a way that makes their life more meaningful. He is a board-certified Clinical Psychologist and postdoctoral-trained Neuropsychologist. In addition to his work on Udemy, he has authored multiple Kindle books on the topics of sleep, brain health, brain fog, and stress which can be found on Amazon.
He has consulted and coached business professionals. He is a proponent of behavioral medicine approaches such as biofeedback, relaxation training, physical exercise, cognitive behavioral therapy, and lifestyle modifications.
Outside of his work in psychology and personal development, Dr. Wolf enjoys writing, sports, travel, and spending time with his family, including pointer/beagle Millie.
