Welcome! I'm Dr. Prafulla Hatte, a Mechanical Engineer, Engineering Educator, Corporate Trainer, and Career Counsellor with over 32 years of professional experience spanning industry, academia, and professional consulting.

After earning my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and working with leading multinational companies, I chose to follow my passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring engineers and professionals. My mission is simple: to make complex engineering concepts practical, engaging, and easy to understand.

Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Industrial Automation have been my core areas of expertise for decades. I have also provided technical consultancy to several multinational organizations and contributed to import-export engineering assignments as a Chartered Engineer.

Beyond engineering, I am passionate about empowering people through learning. As a Certified International Teacher & Trainer (Cambridge University) and an experienced Corporate Trainer, I have delivered 900+ hours of professional training to engineers, managers, educators, and industry professionals.

I also serve as a Career Counsellor, helping students and young professionals make the best career decisions and prepare for the rapidly evolving workplace.
