After helping thousands of people through more than 8 years in the mental health field, one sunset I had an ‘aha!’ moment…?  there was a common ground among all my clients that was an obstacle to their growth and self-realization.

Moments later I started asking myself?:

        >What brings them to this point?

        >Which are the background factors that contribute?

       > What are their yearnings?

       >Which skills do they need?

       > How can their lives be transformed?

And boom! That's when the spark started to shine by developing the transformational program D•N•A ?to cover all those answers, bring to the surface ignited human skills, and transform lives.

The first version of it was released in Spanish in 2020. Yes, I’m a Latino Power cisgender Woman.

If you ask the teenage, rebel, almost emo version of myself if I was going to become a Clinical Psychologist and a Licensed Professional Counselor as my career for sure you would get long, very argumentative, and rotund NO as an answer. But look at me now. Life-changing experiences open the entrance to the world of healing for me, and I'm very grateful?.

My purse is for you to see me as your companion through this self-discovery journey. I'm gonna help you remember those inner skills, and your true capacity, and inspire you to go to the seed of who you are and transform to regrow yourself from there.
