Doc Chen has been a professional performer and educator for over 30 years. His experience includes a position as a Dean at the Department of Music and Assistant Professor in a college for 16 years and as a private educator and judge/speaker at numerous competitions and occasions.

Under his guidance, many students achieved the 1st placement at the TMEA All-Region/All-State Auditions and Solo Competitions.
