Dion Charles is a Management Consulting professional and the creator of Change Wonks, an online community and educational resource for professional change practitioners and advocates seeking ideas to successfully navigate personal and organizational changes. ​

Dion developed a passion for effectively managing organizational change through his years of consulting experience leading strategic projects for Fortune 1000 clients. ​Throughout his career, Dion also trained and coached executive leaders, people leaders, and employees in the art of Organizational Change Management. ​

Academically, Dion earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Claflin University and his Masters of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University.​
