Hi, I’m Dimitrios!

During my studies, that was the first time when I came in contact with programming, first with MATLAB, and later on with Python. I soon came to appreciate the applications of this versatile, yet simple programming language, especially when after my academic career, having a Python, and more generally, a programming knowledge, has helped me in better understanding and establishing functional solutions in a business context. Moreover, this knowledge was also helpful in learning other languages, such as SQL.

Alongside my career, I have been also teaching and giving private lessons for several years. My experience has shown that in order to get the maximum out of a lecture, a wholistic yet simple teaching approach is essential. This is also the strategy that I am following here on Udemy to ensure learning at its best. The topics that I am addressing are:

I hold a master degree in physics and a PhD from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich).
