Dean Westbrook

I started working in the business world over 20 years ago.  Most of my career has been spent in IT Services for large corporations.  I have sold products, booked orders, built IT systems, managed projects, improved processes, re-designed organizations, and created strategic plans with significant scope and scale.  It's been a fun and challenging ride, and I'm thrilled to share some of my experience with you.

Though I've held many different roles, my favorite approach is combining the disciplines of Data Science and Process Improvement, with a particular focus on change management and behavioral psychology.  I believe these elements together can create extremely powerful business outcomes as customers continue to demand more value, faster and cheaper than ever before.

I am a Lean Six Sigma BlackBelt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and a Professional Scrum Master.  I have particular leadership expertise driving operational excellence in the IT Services Industry.  I am a skilled coach, people manager, and strategic thinker.
