At the start of my career, I played a crucial role in the general development of a start up food company before focusing my attentions on creating and maintaining a strong Human Resources department.
My path to learning and development began when I built and managed a learning academy for an ice cream company. The company was growing rapidly, and I couldn't find the 'ideal candidates' quickly enough.
I built the academy primarily as a recruitment solution - my aim was to produce graduates that were the perfect fit for the company. Most of the students graduated with official job offers, and many of them became franchisees of the business.
My love for learning and development brought me here. There is nothing more satisfying than watching a student move from A to B in their knowledge and skill set.
