I am Daniele De Santis , CAPM® PMP® DASM®  and ACP® certified,  I started to work in a consulting company several years ago. At the beginning I was a PMO in a digital transformation project , later a few years I became a PM. I developed my social skills working at plural and individual levels and growing up in multicultural contests characterized by multiple ages groups. Used to think in a pragmatic and meticulous way nonetheless to capitalize on the resources to travel through alternative paths in order to reach the goal; I am an ambitious and yet humble person at the same time. I have strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, highly organized, and excellent leadership skills, ability to work in team but also independently on tight deadlines and under pressure.
