Healthy Daily Routine

Dana, Danica Krstajic is a licensed fitness instructor with over 15 years of experience in practising different fitness programs including yoga, pilates, zumba, tae-bo, tai-chi and aerobics. When she started to have the pain in the lower back, after giving birth to her second child, she began implementing the experience and knowledge she gained in the gym and on various fitness seminars, into her everyday life. She began changing her habits and that is how this concept was developed.
