Dr. Claudia Winkler LL.M. (Harvard) is the founder of The Negotiation Academy™.

As a trainer and coach, Claudia has provided training to more than 4,500 individuals, online in 126 countries and in-person across Europe as well as in the United States, Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Australia.

Her customers include Fortune 500 companies and Tier 1 law firms in the fields of commerce, technology, oil & gas, finance and more.

Claudia received her Master's and Doctor's degree in European and international law from the University of Linz and her LL.M. from Harvard Law School and the Harvard Negotiation Project.

She is a frequent speaker at legal and business conferences around the world and has shared a stage with leading personalities like Hugh Hilton, Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and Mel Gibson, speaking to audiences of 2,500 people and more.
