Hello and welcome, you must be on a journey like me. A journey of self-discovery, intentionally raising your frequency to be of service in this newly forming world.

My journey started more than two decades ago now with learning and teaching yoga. Of course that was only the beginning, my adventures and thirst for knowledge took me down many a rabbit hole of study.

This eventually led to the realization that to convert my knowledge to wisdom I needed to start practically embodying, and integrating it.

Now the certificates I have mean less to me than the work I do and the feeling and feedback I get, I use my wisdom, intuition and deep desire to teach tools that support my clients on their hero's journey.

I am merely the guide from the side while you are the Sage on your stage.

My experience includes crystal healing, energy balancing, moon work, astrology, yoga, women's wisdom, aromatherapy, massage, acupressure, dance, dream analysis, chakras, meridians, elements, animal totems, tarot, oracle cards, past lives, mediumship, empathic abilities, symbolism, myth and ancestral patterning.
