I’m a certified health coach and life coach and I have over 20 years experience teaching self-help classes to military spouses and female centered organizations.
For the last 15 years, I’ve worked in the fitness industry with women who feel like they not only want to regain control of their physical body but also regain control of their identity and who they are.
I’ve taught and coached military spouses, moms, professionals, and other high-performing women through burnout, physical change and identity shifts in different seasons of life.
I'm also a mother of four, a volunteer in the community, and spouse to a combat veteran.
I’ve lived through seasons where I felt overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure of what came next. And I’ve also done the work—personally, professionally and spiritually—to reconnect with myself in ways that are meaningful and lasting.
I’ve taught workshops on emotional health, identity, faith-based personal growth and physical fitness, and I bring a blend of knowledge and application to strengthening my body-mind-and spirit, in everything I do.
