Hello there, I’m Christina Marz and in my Horsepreneur Academy we teach you to heal & coach with horses.

I am the founder of MarzMethod. My signature certification Horse Guided Empowerment® teaches horse lovers in 30 countries to coach and heal with their herd. I also welcome people to my transformational Life Changes Retreat on my farm in Ecuador.

As a HeartMath® Trainer, Life Coach, Family Therapist with a specialization in trauma, and author of 6 books, I´ve impacted many lives worldwide. I speak on international stages including Mindvalley community events, and I´m a heartfelt advocate for natural herd handling.

Due to my personal story, I am deeply invested in making emotional wellbeing available to everyone through my Sin Miedo© Foundation that provides sponsored mental health services for families in crisis and programs to increase emotional wellness in my chosen hometown Cotacachi.

It's been 40+ years now since horses helped me find calmness and empowerment. I grew up in a complicated home in Germany where depression and anxiety sat in every corner. I felt lonely and disconnected - except when I spent time with horses. The emotional unit of the herd was my calm, safe place. They empowered me to step away from the anxiety and depression in my home and taught me that healing was possible.

In 2001 I moved to Ecuador to escape the negativity of my family and find a life with more freedom, closer to nature and horses.

Today I share this gift with others to help end the mental health crisis. Horses have the answer. Together we can make a difference.

It's been scary at times, amazing, beautiful and crazy and I feel many times my life is the proof that manifestation does exist. I learned so much along the way and now I dedicate my life to sharing the impact of horse and human connection.

I believe collaboration is the only way to truly make an impact and since I started connecting with others all over the world I have mentored many colleagues towards their high impact offer by partnering with a herd of horses while staying true to their holistic lifestyle.
