My journey of discovery took me across continents, from the bustling streets of America to the serene landscapes of Nepal. Living amongst First Nation communities in Canada and immersing myself in diverse cultures, I sought to understand the universal truths that underpin human existence.

Witnessing disparities between wealth and suffering fuelled my passion for philanthropy and volunteering, leading me to support organisations like the Sunrise Children’s Association, First Nation Canada and the Himalayan Nuns.

These experiences shaped my coaching philosophy, grounding it in empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for the interconnectedness of all beings.
