Military engineer turned Real Estate Investor, turned Real Estate Agent.  Yes, I do it all - and I'm a dad, too! 

I have Bachelor and Master degrees in engineering.  I love my Air Force job, but I'm also extremely passionate about real estate and helping others.  Helping others succeed in investing, real estate, and life is so gratifying.  I'm also a husband, father, and entrepreneur.  

Why I'm qualified to teach these courses: I'm a self-taught stock market and real estate investor and REALTOR©.  I'm on the Advisory Panel for a well-known bank and investment firm where I provide direct member feedback.  I'm also an investing blogger.  I teach friends, family, and co-workers about effective money management and investing so that they too can become wealthy.

Most of all, I'm driven to grow and succeed in any spare time I can find - it is just how I'm built.  I have to achieve more or live trying!  I work on my investing passions mostly after the kids go to bed and before they get up.  Udemy allows me to grow by learning how to record and edit videos, present information, and talk about topics I love.  My favorite part is dialog I have with students - I can always learn from others.
